Portfolio Advisory Services (PAS)
Portfolio Advisory Services is a fee-based investment program designed to achieve reasonable long-term returns for a given level of risk, which is offered through Investment Advisor Representatives of Genworth Financial Advisers Corporation. It is geared especially toward investors who have accumulated capital; participation in the program requires a minimum investment of $100,000.

The goal of PAS is to provide investors:
An investment methodology to help achieve their financial goals
Objective advice that is not based on commissions
Help in creating tax efficiency in portfolio design and implementation
Ongoing support, client meetings and regular communication

While accounts are held in custody at Charles Schwab and Company, investors receive monthly account statements from Schwab, as well as quarterly performance reports from Genworth Financial Advisers Corporation. Portfolios are customized based on your goals, risk tolerance and income tax bracket. They are commonly allocated from at least five assets classes (such as: U.S. large cap stocks, U.S. small cap stocks, international stocks, international bonds, and REITs). The institutional funds utilized in our PAS program have relatively low internal expenses and are not typically available to retail investors.
